Doin' it the Wright Way

  I made these cards for the birthdays of my sisters-in-law. I was so impressed with them that I just had to share. That may sound like I'm trying to toot my own horn, and I'm not meaning to. It's just that most times I make something, I don't actually like them. But these are very cool!   Both of these cards are from the Wishes Card Confidence Program .   I've been wanting to make the Lucky Layers card from Wishes for a long time, but I didn't want to use that many brads. At this point, I am so in love with Close to My Heart and all it's fabulous products, that I can't wait to get rid of all my non-CTMH products, so I'm willing to use as many as needed for a project. Especially for my sisters-in-law!   Enough talking, here are the cards. The first one (blue, orange, pink) is Lucky Layers for my sister-in-law Kelly. The second one is from my sister-in-law Lauren and is Down the Middle.   These cards made me smile, I hope they do you too!! ...

  I am so excited about the new  Recipe/Photo Box  from Close to My Heart!!   At our monthly CTMH meeting Saturday, we we able to play with one of these! I am amazed by all the options that are available with it! Not only can it hold recipes and photos, like the name says, but it could also be used to hold your handmade cards or even be used for a small gift box!   I just had a fun idea - I know, rare occurrence, huh? - How about using it as a gift box, for Christmas or birthday or something with a special person. You give it the first time, and then you pass it back and forth each time, with the challenge being that the gift can't be the same one it was before, and it has to fit in the box and it has to be in the same price range. I'm wondering if I can work that out with my sister ... hmm!   My first box I made as a recipe box, and I filled it with our Sugar and Spice Card Kit . It's very neat, isn't it? You can even decorate your own dividers;...
