trifles and truffles ...

... or not. There's not really any truffles in this post, but I loved the way that title just rolled off my tongue!    The Pampered Chef is having a trifle bowl special! For the month of April only, you can purchase a trifle bowl for yourself or for a gift for a mother, sister, aunt, grandma, friend or anybody you know or have even met once, for just $29!! That's a $10.50 savings! In the spirit of that special, and so I have something to talk about at my shows, I've made a couple of trifles this past week - and let me tell you, we have all been missin' out; why haven't we been making more of these!?! Constantly looking for one place to store all your important dates?

   How many of you have all kinds of important dates running through your head, like birthdays and anniversaries, that you know you are bound to forget? I know I do ... and have. I can remember the random birthday of a college friend's brother or a high school class mate that I haven't really talked to since high school, but I can't remember my sister-in-law's or many of my best friends' special days, and even after only three years of marriage, I'll admit I've even once spaced off my own anniversary and scheduled a Pampered Chef show (it isn't always the husbands who do this!) I've tried storing these dates in different places: I've made an altered rolodex for that purpose, but I never filled it out; I've also used - and even made my own - card book.
